SMS provides music tuition, instrument-hire, ensembles, workshops and events as described on the website and relevant service agreements.

2. Payment and cancellations:

Lesson fees, hire charges or event contributions must be paid as outlined. Cancellation policies, refunds or rescheduling will be as specified in your registration or contract.

3. User obligations:

Users must provide accurate information, behave responsibly in SMS activities, and comply with our Safeguarding, Accessibility and Code of Conduct policies.

4. Intellectual property:

All website content, images, curriculum materials and resources remain the property of SMS or our licensors. Use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted with acknowledgement.

5. Liability:

SMS endeavours to provide quality services but does not accept liability for indirect loss. Full terms, limitations and dispute resolution procedures are detailed in our full contract.

6. Changes:

SMS reserves the right to amend services, fees, policies and website content. Changes will be published and communicated where necessary.

7. Governing law:

These terms are governed by English law and any disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the English courts.
